Graduating Teens Appreciation Day
With Environmental Awards to:
Penn Loh, Executive Director of ACE,
& to James Hunt III, Chief of Environmental and Energy Services for the
City of Boston,
& to the Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corp. for their green
housing.
Dinner begins at 6pm

Taking Back Our Parks
6 to 8 pm
Join Social Capital Inc. Dorchester Youth Council, The Franklin Park
Coalition, and Dorchester Environmental Health Coalition for a ?Taking
Back Our Parks: Youth Civic Engagement Forum.? Young people are all
invited to address park public safety and civic engagement issues, and are
encouraged to begin to develop action plans to make a difference. The
event aims to go beyond just talking and allow youth to strategize to make
change.
Welcoming remarks by Boston Parks Commissioner Antonia Pollack.
