Shop Tax-Free on Saturday, August 11: Take a vacation from sales tax on 
your purchase of materials from the Boston Building Materials Co-op and 
the Building Materials Resource Center on Saturday, August 11. 
The fourth annual sales tax holiday weekend in Massachusetts (August 
11-12) will enable you to skip the 5% sales tax on purchases of items 
costing up to $2,500 each. 
Purchases must be paid in full on August 11.
BBMC and BMRC will be open their regular Saturday hours, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
