Ian Bowles, Secretary of the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental 
Affairs will deliver one of the keynote addresses.  He will present how 
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts plans to promote sustainability and 
climate change protection through innovation and leadership.  He will be 
followed by Bracken Hendricks, author of Apollo's Fire: Igniting America's 
Clean Energy Economy and founding executive director of the Apollo 
Alliance.
