[DEHC] Neponset River Art Fall Family Fun, Sat. Sept 15, 10-4






We invite you, your family and friends to explore the natural and cultural 

history of the Neponset River Watershed at River Art Fall Family Day on 
Saturday, September 15, from 10AM-4PM! 
The festival will take place on the scenic grounds of the Forbes House 
Museum, 215 Adams St., Milton Lower Mills. The rain date is Sun., Sept. 
16, same time & place.
 
Come explore River Art's colorful display of fine art and handmade crafts 
for sale, accompany naturalist Tom Palmer on a guided nature tour 
overlooking the Neponset Estuary, introduce your children to nature- and 
craft-oriented activities, listen to live music, participate in canoe 
rides on the Estuary, and watch plein air art demonstrations by local 
artists!
The entrance fee is a $5 donation per person (or $20 per family), to 
support host organizations the Neponset River Watershed Association and 
the Forbes House Museum. Refreshments will be available for an additional 
charge.
