Join the Dorchester Environmental Health Coalition on Sunday 10/21 at the 
3rd Annual "Bioneers by the Bay: Connecting for Change" Conference is an 
annual social justice and sustainability conference hosted by the Marion 
Institute at the UMASS Dartmouth campus, October 19 - 21, 2007.

The conference will bring together a diverse audience of students, 
faculty, entrepreneurs, scientists and every-day people who are dedicated 
to restoring the Earth & its inhabitants. Conference highlights include 
world-renowned innovators such as: Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Van 
Jones?founder of the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights in Oakland working 
to wed social justice and ecology movements by promoting ?Green-collar 
Jobs, Not Jails?, Diane Wilson, recipient of Mother Jones? Hell Raiser of 
the Month award, Will Allen, organic farming visionary and author of War 
on Bugs, Simran Sethi of the Tree Hugger News. Also lots of workshops, a 
youth initiative, exhibition halls featuring sustainable businesses & 
organizations, enviro film, music, and art installations.

DEHC is bringing a Dorchester delegation to the conference on Sunday, 
10/21. Full Scholarships are still available on a first come first serve
